rain

its almost a week now and its still raining so hard..
i wonder when will it stop..

i remember when i was still little..
we are playing patintero
on the streets then suddenly small
drop of rain falls..
one of my playmates told us to sing
so the rain will stop..
and because we dont want the rain to
interrupt our game, we do as she say..
so we sang..
"rain, rain go away.. come again another day.
let the children come to play"
and we sing it over and over again..

as i grow old i discover that the rain wont stop
by a song...lol
when i remmember that..
i cant help but laugh..
